There were two students, one was a familiar face, Sue Castle (see her canes on ebay), and a new student, a gentleman named Moe!! Finally, a male student, and very excited about working with clay...
Sue is a veteran clayer, so she made the rainbow cane as planned. But since Moe was new, we decided to stick to solid colors in his rainbow cane.
We had a great conversation going! I meant to take pictures, but we were having so much fun I totally forgot.
The result on my end was this cane:
Same colors as the other one, but without the white it's very bright!
